INGREDIENTS & METHOD OF PREPARATION OF OUSHADHAKANJI 575 gm
Njavara Ari (Red rice) - 525 gm
Medicinal powder -50gm
Ayamodakam( Ajowan), Jeerakam(cumin), Kaduku(musatard),malli( coriander), kurumulaku (pepper),satakuppa (anet),uluva ( fenugreek), manjal (turmeric),veluthulli(garlic),chukku (dry ginger),elakkay(cardamom),tippali(long pepper)
METHOD OF PREPARATION
Cook 75 gm of njavara rice in 1L of water & 1/7 part of medicine powder .
Add coconut milk as required
METHOD OF ADMINISTRATION
Oushadhakanji can be taken for 7 days by adding rock salt, jaggery or ghee as your taste
Induppu(rock salt ) had been packed separately.
